Sitting on the grounds of the original homestead, Hamilton Place, established in 1852, is surrounded by picturesque and exceptionally well-manicured landscaping. The Hamilton Place Meeting and Event Ballroom is our grandest indoor meeting space at The Farm and it is fully-equipped with everything you need for your group of up to 400 people.

With interior spaces designed to give your pre-planning team flexibility and a blank canvas for which to envision the setting and branded look of your meeting to the outdoor surrounds, replete with fully-wired outdoor patio event terrace and leveled lakeside ceremonial lawn, Hamilton Place Meeting and Event space will be your "goto" for all your mid-size to large private meetings and retreats.

Once know as, "The Solutions Center" back when Pursell Farms was in the fertilizer business, this venue now is our premier meeting and event building. With incredible views of the Appalachian foothills, John Piney’s Barn is comprised of 3 main spaces and is an ideal location for larger meetings, corporate retreat groups, or receptions.

The Barn features touch-screen A/V controls, laptop connections, two plasma screen TVs, and an HD 1080p projection screen for giving effective presentations, hosting movie nights, or watching the big game.

The Old Hickory Room meeting space is located conveniently in the Inn. With views over FarmLinks picturesque 18th fairway this space is full outfitted with A/V and two large screen monitors.

Old Hickory in named after Andrew Jackson, our 7th President of the United States. In the early 1800's, General Jackson led a force of Tennessee Volunteers through this property from Ft. Williams on the Coosa River, across the pastureland east of this room on his way to fight the warring Red Stick Indians at the infamous battle of Horseshoe Bend. Along with General Jackson and his band of Volunteers was, Sam Houston and Davy Crockett.

One of our most iconic venues on property, Parker Lodge sits atop a scenic knoll overlooking the picturesque 17th hole of FarmLinks and Lodge Lake. The Lodge (as we call it) is an 8 bedroom lodging accommodation with a fully-equipped A/V meeting room perfect for small groups of up to 50 people. Ideally suited for a small group buyout, this venue is perfect for a board retreat or midsized golf get-away.
