Chef James Riles will craft a delicious menu featuring seasonal game birds, prepared using premium Sea Island Forge products. Enjoy these flavors on the scenic porch of The ORVIS Clubhouse, creating an experience that celebrates both nature and fine cuisine.

Before dinner, partake in a variety of pre-dinner activities, including bourbon and whiskey tastings by Dread River Distilling Co., Ashton Cigars shopping, and an engaging "Field Talk" with ORVIS Chief Wingshooting Instructor Chuck Baker.

Extend your experience with an optional ORVIS hunt the following morning, complete with luxurious overnight accommodations. The ORVIS Shooting Grounds offer activities designed for all skill levels, ensuring a memorable adventure for every guest.
