Vaughan Spanjer

Pursell Farms Resident Artist

Vaughan grew up on her family's 3,200-acre farm in Central Alabama, where the landscapes inspired her love for mixing textures, materials, and light. After college, she pursued fashion design in New York City, incorporating these elements into her collections. After meeting her husband, the couple returned to her family’s farm, now Pursell Farms resort, where Vaughan, self-taught, began painting and drawing the natural beauty around her.
