Inspired by the surrounding farmland and all that grows and grazes upon it, our chefs have crafted seasonal menus that celebrate classic, southern cuisine combined with farm fresh ingredients to make each dish uniquely Pursell Farms.
From our garden and fields, our master gardener produces savory herbs, hearty vegetables, and grass-fed meats to help supply many seasonal ingredients found on our menu. To ensure our food is fresh, wholesome and completes our culinary vision, we also source neighboring farms for stone-ground grits, cheeses, and tender cuts of meat. So, the distance traveled by the honey on your biscuit or the goat cheese on your salad is short and fresh indeed.
