Pomegranate Paloma – January Craft Cocktail

The Paloma, a close relative to the Margarita, perfectly pairs sweet and sour flavors using tequila and grapefruit juice, but our Pomegranate Paloma takes this classic Mexican cocktail to the next level! By adding pomegranate liquor and a splash of blood orange and ginger shrub, this cocktail will have you daydreaming of warmer days sitting poolside with a book in one hand and your Pomegranate Paloma in the other. Until spring and summer return, we’ll sip this one fireside for the month of January, which is still just as wonderful!

Pomegranate Paloma
• 1 1/4 oz Mi Campo Tequila
• 1/2 oz 18.21 Blood Orange and Ginger Shrub (linked here)
• 1 oz Pama Pomegranate Liqueur
• 2 oz Red Grapefruit Juice
• Lemon wheel garnish

Measure all the ingredients into a cocktail shake filled with ice. Shake well and strain into a martini glass garnished with a lemon, lime, or blood orange slice. Enjoy!
