Is there a fee for admission?
There is currently no admission fee associated with the festival. However, there is an entry fee of $59 plus taxes and fees for The Brewbilee (beer garden & seafood lunch). Please visit the official festival page for the latest pricing and more information on The Brewbilee.

What are visitors recommended to bring to the festival?
- Chairs and blankets for listening to music on the Hamilton Place lawn
- Sunblock, umbrellas, sunglasses, handheld misting fans
- Card, cash, & phone (methods of payment)
- Good vibes

Are there any official festival rules?
- No foul language
- No alcohol allowed outside of the Hamilton Place ballroom
- No smoking or vaping
- No personal coolers
- No drones
- All children must be accompanied by an adult

Will there be WIFI available for festival guests?
Yes. WIFI connectivity is available inside of Hamilton Place and up to a 50 yd. radius around the exterior of the building. Note: vendors WILL be beyond the WIFI radius. Please see details regarding WIFI availability and offline payment processing for vendors.

What kind of vendors is the festival looking for?
We are looking for vendors who sell artwork, hand-crafted pieces, children’s items, clothing, jewelry, flowers, baked goods, and produce. Local businesses are also welcome to apply as general vendors. Official vendors will receive an email of acceptance after filling out a registration form.

What kind of vendors is the festival NOT looking for?
We are NOT looking for and cannot accept solicitors, franchised businesses, politicians, network marketing businesses and items that are not appropriate for a family festival. Items not allowed: essential oils, Advocare, LuLaRoe, Lipsense, Scentsy. Please know if you register and your item is not allowed, you will NOT be allowed to participate in the festival.

Will there be electricity available on site for vendor use?
No. The use of quiet/silent portable generators is recommended.
10.
Will there be WIFI available for vendors?
No. Vendors will be beyond the available WIFI radius. We suggests that vendors switch to an offline card processing mode or be able to accept cash as an alternative form of payment. Vendors may walk over to the Hamilton Place WIFI zone if there is an immediate need for batch processing. For more information about offline payment processing click here.

How do I become a vendor?
- Visit our official festival page and navigate to the registration forms section. Select the tile that you would like to register for.
- Our festival team will review your application and send you an acceptance email.
- Accepted vendors will receive a pre-festival memo on June 2, 2023 with (site placement, directions, load-in and load-out instructions, etc.)

Will there be prizes for car show participants?
No.

How do I enter my car into the car show?
- Visit our official festival page and navigate to the registration forms section. Select the tile that you would like to register for.
- Our festival team will review your application and send you an acceptance email.
- Accepted vendors will receive a pre-festival memo on June 2, 2023 with (site placement, directions, load-in and load-out instructions, etc.)

When is The Brewbilee (Beer Garden & Seafood Lunch)?

Can I purchase The Brewbilee tickets in advance?
Yes. Limited Advanced Tickets are available for purchase. Please call Joseph Holmes at (256) 208-2040 to reserve. Advanced tickets are also included in select sponsorship packages and our festival overnight package (both available on our official web page) or by calling (256) 208-7600.

Are pets or kids allowed at Beer Garden?
No one under 21 is admitted into Beer Garden. No pets. Thank you.

Are there special vendor, military, or senior discounts for The Brewbilee?
Unfortunately, this year there are no discounted tickets.

What is your ticket refund policy?
No refunds.
20.
What is the parking plan?
Free, on site parking in the field of Hamilton Place.
21.
Will there be a drop off point for visitors and handicapped patrons?
Visitor Drop offs & Pick-ups may be made near the entrance of the parking lot. Please be vigilant of festival attendees and staff. Thank you.
22.
Will visitors be able to leave and return to the event?
Festival visitors will be able to enter and exit at their leisure. Armbands will be distributed to The Brewbilee ticket holders for access to Hamilton Place.
23.
Will the festival, artists and exhibitors accept cash?
The Festival discourages the use of cash, but can accept. Artists and Exhibitors are responsible for processing their own sales.
24.
Will there be food, drinks, and other concessions?
Yes, a selection of food trucks and other concessions are being planned for the weekend.
25.
Can you bring in outside food & drink?
Not allowed due to vendor concessions on site.
26.
Are pets allowed at the the festival?
Yes. Please be prepared to clean up after your pets, if needed. No pets in Beer Garden.
27.
Will weather have any affect on the festival?
No. This is a rain or shine event. The car show will reschedule to Sunday if rain should occur.
28.
Will there be fireworks?
No. This event is not associated with any Independence Day festivities. More information about local Fourth of July events can be found here.

Can I stay overnight at Pursell Farms?
Yes. There is a festival overnight package available. Please call (256) 208-2040 to book!
30.
Does Pursell Farms offer any special military or senior discounts for on property room bookings?
Yes. We have: AA Rate, Military Rate, & AARP discounts.
