Our March Craft Cocktail is a nod to Ireland, St. Patrick’s Day, and our Tullamore Dew Cocktail Dinner on Friday, March 13th. This Irish Opulence cocktail will be paired with our 4-course Irish dinner. The light sweetness of the amaretto and vermouth softens and balances well with the Tullamore Dew Original whiskey, which also adds a touch of vanilla notes and fresh fruits.
The Recipe:
1 1/4 oz Tullamore Dew Original
3/4 oz Amaretto Disarrono
3/4 oz Sweet Vermouth
Garnished with Two Mission Figs and a Mint Leaf
Combine all alcoholic ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Add ice, and stir with a bar spoon until proper dilution—strain ingredients into a rocks glass. Top with fresh ice and garnish with two mission figs and one mint leaf. Enjoy!
